Welcome to 2018!! I know we are eight days is in so I’m a little late to the party but I wanted to share my goals for the year. I’m honestly not really a resolutions type of gal because a lot of people don’t stick to their resolutions (I’m guilty of it) which is why I call them goals. For me setting goals is much more effective because I think they are easier to break down and implement into my everyday life. I have high hopes and expectations to push myself to reach these 2018 goals.
Recruitment kicks off today and I wanted to do a ‘What’s in my bag?’ post to share what I’ll be hauling around for the next two weekends. I can’t lie I will probably end up carrying two bags but you gotta do what you gotta do right?
Generally, I don’t carry much in my bag, just the standard wallet, keys, sunnies, and a few beauty items, but this weekend is different. Recruitment is kind of like an airplane flight, first date and a job interview all at once so you have to be prepared… for everything.
And I’m all for oversharing (that’s why I have a blog) so here we go!!

Navigating through recruitment is honestly super overwhelming. I remember doing so much research on the process and still not totally understanding what I was about to go through. I’m here to tell you that its okay. Recruitment is a whirlwind and its nonstop excitement, anticipation and pretty much every other emotion possible.
Nothing can really prepare you for the experience but there are some helpful do’s and don’ts of recruitment that every PNM should know. Continue reading “Do’s and Don’ts of Sorority Recruitment”
Nordstrom holds a special place in my heart. Not only is it my favorite place to shop, it is the place where I had my first full time job. I’ve had experience both shopping and working this iconic sale, and let me tell you it’s so much more fun being the shopper. Continue reading “Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2017”
First of all if you are here reading this, thank you. It took a long time to get this going and a lot of back and forth, so I am excited to finally be here. I have always been obsessed with the fashion industry and made it my mission to pursue a life in it. Because of this blogging has always been something I’ve shown interest in. I started, I stopped, I started again. This time I am here to stay. Continue reading “Blogging isn’t dead”
